A Note From Rachelle
Real estate has been part of my life for more than a decade, but what continues to inspire me most is everything that surrounds it: the people, the places & the stories behind the homes.
I have been fortunate to travel extensively & to experience homes in many forms, from grand historic estates & castles to remarkably simple dwellings carved into stone. What stays with me is never just the architecture. It is meeting the people behind those homes, understanding how they live & seeing how deeply place, culture & lifestyle shape the meaning of home. I am incredibly grateful that this curiosity has become such an important part of the work I do.
My approach to real estate is thoughtful, strategic & highly personal. I want every client to feel that their transaction is being managed with care, experience & a clear understanding of the details that matter. From pricing, positioning & negotiation to accessibility considerations, lifestyle trends & the practical realities of a move, my role is to make the process feel as seamless as possible.
I also believe exceptional service extends well beyond the offer itself. Over the years, I have built a trusted network of mortgage professionals, lawyers, painters, contractors, trades & other specialists who can help support my clients throughout the process. I take pride in being a true partner in everything a real estate transaction entails, not simply the person who opens the door.
Continued learning & giving back to my community are important parts of how I approach both my work & my life. I am proud to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity & have completed professional training through the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification program, deepening my understanding of accessibility, inclusive design & how homes can better support the people who live in them.
My background also includes Hootsuite certification & extensive experience in social media, reflecting the importance I place on communication, presentation & the way properties are brought to market. Most recently, I completed WSET Level 2 in Wines, an internationally recognized qualification that complements my longstanding interest in hospitality, travel & lifestyle.
When I am not working, I am usually sight-seeing at home & abroad, exploring design & architecture & spending time with my family, friends & AussiePom, Bastien.
